GreenEnergyTV.com Guidelines, Release & Privacy Statements
Please read the following guidelines before you send and/or upload your video. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines, in the sole discretion of GreenEnergyTV.com or Migeleven Inc., will result in disqualification of your video(s) from participation in any GreenEnergyTV.com promotions, usage and from posting on the GreenEnergyTV.com website or any other sites under or affiliated with GreenEnergyTV.com. Videos must contain information that would, in GreenEnergyTV.com sole discretion, be deemed helpful and educational to other viewers. All videos must reflect the reviewer's true and honest opinions and beliefs.
Entrants should include their return address and telephone number and a brief written description of the clips being submitted. All submissions may be used in any manner in all media. GreenEnergytv.com reserves the right to discontinue the use of a video(s). GreenEnergytv.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected tapes under any circumstances. Please keep a copy of your submission. GreenEnergytv.com will NOT RETURN TAPES, VIDEOS OR MATERIALS submitted to us unless otherwise agreed upon with the person(s) who are submitting the video.
Most video formats are acceptable (VHS, 8MM, Hi-8, digital video). Videos transferred to DVD or CD-ROM will be accepted provided they meet eligibility and broadcast requirement. We will not accept Digital chips.
Videos should not contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of GreenEnergytv.com . You assume all responsibility for uploading and or sending videos to GreenEnergyTV.com Videos cannot contain any extensive personal information (e.g., address, phone number, etc.) GreenEnergytv.com reserves the right to reject, use or make available for public viewing, or at any time remove any video that GreenEnergytv.com finds unsuitable for any reason at its sole discretion.
You must be 18 years or older to submit a video. GreenEnergytv.com is not responsible in any way for ratings and reviews posted by its users or anyone viewing or listening to the video. If your video includes persons other than yourself, you must obtain appropriate consent from those persons authorizing you to submit the video and this is fully your responsibility in accordance with the GreenEnergytv.com Agreement, including but not limited to, use of the video for commercial purposes. GreenEnergytv.com reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission.
For good and valuable consideration the receipt of which you acknowledge, including without limitation, the opportunity to participate in the above-identified program, you hereby grant Greenenergytv.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, owners, successors and assigns permission to photograph/record/capture your likeness, movements and voice, and use name, likeness, movements and voice in connection with entertainment and/or educational programming development or production by Greenenergytv.com, both commercial and non-commercial, and in connection with, the distribution, exhibition, advertising and exploitation thereof in any manner and by any media now or hereafter known, throughout the universe in perpetuity. It is understood that your participation is without compensation.
You represent that you have the right to enter into this agreement and that your appearance and the rights you have granted hereunder will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding you have to or with any other person or entity.
You further agree that your participation in the program confers upon you no rights to use, ownership or copyright. You release Greenenergytv.com, its owners, employees and agents, from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the program(s).
Information We Collect
We collect information which personally identifies you when you provide it to us. This would include when you register on our site, when you subscribe for an e-mail newsletter or when you register to use certain services. Some of the services we offer on our site may require registration as a condition of use. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to us. We may also receive information about you from other sources and add it to information you provided us. The information we collect which personally identifies you is limited to: your name; address; e-mail address; telephone number; and credit card or other payment account information in the event a user purchase products or services online.
Our Practice Regarding Cookies

You further agree that your participation in the program confers upon you no rights to use, ownership or copyright. You release Greenenergytv.com, its owners, employees and agents, from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the program(s).
This Visitor Agreement has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. By using the GreenEnergyTV.com Sites, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Visitor Agreement.
In the event that any portion of this Visitor Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other portion of this Visitor Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not part of the Visitor Agreement.
